What I Offer

I offer private consultations at my welcoming office in Nambour to support adults of all ages to transition to a healthier way of life. My approach is realistic, honest and non-judgmental. I work flexibly taking your unique story, likes and dislikes, cultural background and budget into consideration.

Diet Analysis – A scientific look at the nutritional content of the food you are eating, paying attention to macro-nutrients (protein, fats, carbohydrate), micro-nutrients (vitamins and minerals), water and alcohol. The type of food consumed (whole food/processed food) will also be identified.

Meal Planning – Detailed menus to follow to ensure you are consuming an ideal balance of nutrients for your body. Your unique situation, including likes and dislikes, will be considered.

Food Recommendations – General recommendations of foods (or types of food) that will provide you with an ideal balance of nutrients for your body. From this you can construct your own menus for meals and snacks throughout the day. Your unique situation, including likes and dislikes, will be considered.

Analysis of Energy Requirements – A scientific look at the amount of energy your body uses each day. This information helps establish the ideal amount of nutrients to consume to either maintain, lose or gain weight as appropriate.

Holistic Health Coaching – Motivational mentoring to help you thrive in all aspects of health (not just physical health), using evidence-based practice to reduce stress, increase resilience, improve relationships and clarify your sense of purpose.

Goal Setting and lifestyle change support – Inspiration and guidance to help you make the necessary changes to your diet and lifestyle so you can achieve the outcomes you want for your future health.
